To use: Apply as often as needed to face mask.  (A little goes a long way! One swipe is usually enough) When used topically apply to pulse points, behind ears, back of the neck (hairline), neck pulse points, and upper back. Can also be applied to bottoms of feet, specifically the big toe. Inhale as needed. Use as needed to promote better breathing.
 
 Keep away from eyes! Contain Peppermint and Eucalyptus essential oil which can irritate the eyes.
